Refund Policy:

Sea Zone Overseas will only accept refunds requests if the service is not provided. The refund process will only be initiated once we get the confirmation of the services not provided. Refunds may take 7-10 working days to credit into buyers accounts. It may take few more days, if refunds are to paid by cheque. For any services not provided correctly, please send us a mail at info@seazoneoverseas.com. All cancellation requests has to be placed within 3 days from the date of order for further processing. 

If you receive low quality product as we guarantees the quality you can refund the products by your own cost and and after receiving the product we will refund the full amount to customers account within 10to 15days.
